Dear Grace of Will & Grace, Sometimes I really hate you. You're an awful creature and an even worse friend. You're selfish and thoroughly ungrateful and if Will had any sense he'd have dropped you a long time ago. Four years ago Will's high school best friend Claire came to Town to ask him to be her sperm donor. You freaked. You guilted Will into not doing it, because as you so callously and selfishly put it ... they were your sperm and you always thought that you would have them as a backup. Your words. Selfish, but understandable for you, because at the time your life was crap and you needed Will. So you clung desperately to that possibility of him as a future. But what makes me dislike you Grace, is your treatment of Will a mere two years later when he foolishly ... gullible man ... expressed his desire to have a child with you. Again because your life was sucking at the time and you had no personal prospects, you were all for it. Finally, you made someone other than yourself happy. Probably the first time you ever chose to do something unselfish for anyone. But then you met Leo and once again you royally shafted Will (no pun intended.) Then you had the gall to get all pissy at him for being angry at your decision, which screwed him out of yet another chance to have a child, so you can chase after boring Leo. You accused him of wanting you to be unhappy, because he was unhappy. Well, the truth is Grace, YOU'RE what makes Will unhappy. Sure you may be his "best friend," but you're also definitely his worse enemy. You bring him nothing but pain and sadness, because you think of no one but yourself, your needs, your wants. You, you, you. I get that the show is supposed to be all about you being selfish and self involved ... I get that and I like it. But damn, Will's supposed to be your best friend. You say you love him, but it's hard to believe that when you consistently piss all over his hopes and dreams. It's no wonder you don't have any lasting relationships. Get a new personality. With much disgust ... Jyoti
